So I just right click the volume control in the taskbar, select playback devices, and then it will show you a list of devices, Clicked on "Speakers - Realtek High Definition Audio" and then clicked the "Set Default" button and then it started working for me. Get the SendFiles2TV app and send it to your TV running the same app. Try and sideload right from SendFiles2TV. Makes sideloading really easy. Other nice apps to get are ADB debugging over wifi, disable the built in launcher with a couple commands after installing ATV launcher pro which is so much cleaner. 2. PHLAK.
